  • How much does a party bus cost?
    • There are many variables that go into pricing out a party bus rental. Such as Date, Start and End Time, Pick Up and Drop Off Location, Size of bus. We have buses that range from 15 passengers to 55 passengers.
  • Is there a Minimum number of Hours for a Rental?
    • Yes, Rental packages have a 3 hour minimum on weekends. We do offer a discounted rate for rentals that end before 6:00pm. (See Below)
  • Do you offer any discounts? 
    • Yes we do. We have several discount options available.
      • Early Day Discount - If your rental ends allowing our driver to be back to Sioux Falls by 6:00 pm CST than we offer a discount of $50 OFF the rental.
      • Mulitiple Rentals - Booking multiple dates at once can earn you 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% OFF - Ask our team for more details. 
      • Paid in Full Discount - We offer a $50 Discount to all invoices paid in full at time of booking. (Booking must be done more than 15 days prior to service date.)
      • Midweek Discounts - We offer discounted rates for rentals that occur Sunday - Wednesday
  • Do your buses have AC?
    • Due to the extreme conditions of the area and limited availablity of parts, we do not guarantee Air Conditioning on our buses. We do regular maintaince on all of our fleet but they do break down from time to time. *** No discounts or refunds will be issued to rentals when AC is not working.
  • Are their any dates that cost more to rent? 
    • Our rentals are all date specific. Thursday - Saturday all have the same rates. And we do have our Prime Rate Schedule. These are dates that are holidays or we pay our drivers overtime to work those dates due to high demand.
  • Is there a travel fee? 
    • We are a time based rental company. So our rates are factored from the time we leave Sioux Falls to the Driver's return. We do offer some discounted travel based on locations. Ask our team for more details.
  • Do you require a deposit to lock in a reservation? 
    • We offer two different booking options when making a reservation.
      • Option A = a non-refundable $250 Booking Fee. This is applied towards you invoice total and locks in your reservation. Your final balance is due 15 days prior to your rental date.
      • Option B = We offer a $50 Discount on all rentals that are paid in full at time of booking.  (Booking must be done more than 15 days prior to service date.).
  • What is a Booking Fee? 
    • Similar to a deposit. Our booking fee covers the admin cost of paperwork, backend scheduling and reservation of your rental. This is a Non-Refundable fee and is not returned for any reason.
  • Is the booking fee refundable? 
    • The booking fee is non-refundable. The moment you pay your booking fee. That bus is marked unavailable in our system not allowing us to advertise it for use to other parties. In the event of cancellation, there is NO REFUNDS on the booking fee. 
  • Can we bring on our own food and drink? 
    • Yes we encourage it! - We do not provide any food, beverages, ice or coolers. Please note that some food can be messy and guests that create too big of a mess without cleaning it up, will result in a cleaning fee.
  • Do you accept Checks or cash? 
    • No, sorry we only accept Credit Card or Venmo Payments.
  • Can we go over the prepaid time?
    • Yes, we do allow overtime. However this is limited to availability of the bus, and the driver's schedule. All overtime rates are billed at a rate of $150 per hour.
  • Is there any other fees with rentals? 
    • All rentals are subject to a 15% Gratuity and 6.5% sales tax.
    • Cleaning fees - When your party bus arrives for your pick up, it will be clean and trash fee. We provide large trash cans and will take of all the trash cans at the end of the rental. It is the Clients responsibliity to make sure all trash makes it to the garbage cans. Our drivers will help with any spills. In the event  Excessive Cleaning is required the client can be responsible for a cleaning fee of $250 per hour. (We do everything in our power to prevent this)
    • Bodily Fluids. - In the event that bodily fluids are spilled on the bus, our drivers must use special cleaning kit to protect them as well as the guests on the bus. A cleaning fee of $250 per occurance will be charged to the client in charge of the rentals.
    • Broken windows / Damange - In the event that damage happens to the party bus during a rental the client will be responsible for all repair costs. This can include any lost rentals due to the party bus not being available due to need of repairs. (Party Responsible)
      • Damage Examples:
        • Windows - $550-$1,200
        • Blown Speakers - $150-$400
        • Tears, Rips, burns or damage to the seats - $750 - $1,800
  • What is the max capacity of each bus? 
    • All of our buses are advertised at what they can comfortably seat and allow with standing room. 
    • Example: - Footloose will hold 24 to 26 passengers seated based on an average adult size.  This bus can hold a few extra people with standing room. But we never recommend maxing out the capacity on a bus. Espcially in the Summer. AC systems are not designed for it.
      • Footloose - 24 to 26 Passengers (Max 28)
      • Phoenix - 32 to 35 Passengers (Max 35)
      • Onyx - 50 to 55 Passengers (Max 60)
  • What if our ride ends early? Do we get a refund?
    • Rentals are blocked off on the time contracted for. We do not allow any refunds if you choose to end your rental early. 
  • Are Rentals cancelled due to weather at any time? 
    • We have the right to cancel a rental if the heat index temperature reaches over 100 degrees or windchill below 0 degrees, or if there are any advisories or warnings that prevent safe travel.  These are not safe conditions for our drivers to operate. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the client is issued a voucher for the amount paid to be used on another rental, good for 1 calendar year from the date of rental, no exceptions.
